Jason Fine, President & CEO

As founder and current CEO of Fine Marketing Solutions (FMS), Mr. Fine is responsible for the vision and oversight the organization that operates on three continents. This is only possible due to FMS’ team of internationally recognized experts, each with deep and complimentary competencies that in sum, encompass all aspects required to find success in the contact center industry.

Mr. Fine has recently been named, “Senior Advisor” to Ambassador Juan Avila, the Dominican Republic’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations and Chairman of the American Teleservices Associations International Committee. The latest company which grew from FMS, The Contact Center Institute of the Americas (CCI), is recognized as the driving force fueling investment into the Dominican Republic. Now considered one of the most attractive locations in the Caribbean and Latin American (CALA) regions for the Outsourced Contact Center Industry, which has enabled CCI to rapidly begin the process expanding operations throughout the Dominican Republic and other Latin American countries.

During his tenure with Accenture and while serving in senior leadership positions with other companies, Mr. Fine has worked with numerous Fortune 500 organizations assisting to market, sell and serve their customer bases.

Mr. Fine graduated with high honors and member of the President’s list from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in psychology from the University of Iowa.


Bryan Sattler, Vice President of Marketing

Mr. Sattler currently serves as Fine Marketing Solutions’ Vice President of Marketing. He is responsible for the marketing and branding of FMS and our clients. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and has a combined experience in the call center industry, marketing, web development, and graphic design in the US and in the Dominican Republic making him a key individual for our service offerings. He has worked with FMS in the site selection process, site auditing, client branding, technology assessments and selection of human resources for call centers. Mr. Sattler has previously served as Marketing Director at the Contact Center Institute Las Americas in the Dominican Republic where he consulted on sales, marketing, training, recruiting for Dominican and US call centers.
