Jason has over fifteen years of management and consulting experience supporting teleservices operations and client services in the United States and abroad. He has held executive level positions for top twenty outsourcing firms and Accenture, a Global consulting firm where he managed large scale implementations of CRM applications. Mr. Fine is an expert in areas of outbound telemarketing, customer service and contact center operations. He has spent significant time in the Philippines and Latin America starting-up contact center operations. Jason is a board member of the Dominican Republic ATA chapter and the Vice Chair of the American Teleservices Association's International Committee.

Jason graduated with high honors from The University of Iowa with a degree in Psychology.
Chris Lynch, COO
Background Experiences
Chris has over fifteen years of management experience in the teleservices industry. He has held executive level positions involving operations management, sales, account management, performance management, business process definition, training, mentoring, recruiting, and business planning/development. He has worked for several top 20 firms helping them solidify operations, client services and sales groups. His experience has been especially focused on major clients with large scale, multinational needs and has implemented solutions in the US and in countries such as India, the Dominican Republic, and the Philippines.

Chris graduated from Cambridge State University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing minor.
Tim Tinnel, CIO and SVP Consulting Services Background Experiences Education
Tim has over twenty years of management experience supporting both teleservices and logistics operations. He has held executive level positions for top twenty outsourcing firms as well as for Limited Brands, Inc. where he managed Information Technology for its Domestic Logistics Operations. In addition to his logistics and technology experience, he managed inbound, outbound and direct marketing operations for a $2.5 billion membership services organization. He has managed literally thousands of implementations and several hundred audits. His unique blend of technical and operations expertise has provided a well rounded approach to process and functional auditing services. Tim is a board member of the Great Lakes Chapter American Teleservices Association serving as its Membership Chairman.
Tim graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Computer Science Engineering.
