Vendor Selection - IntelliChoice™Fine Marketing Solutions has developed IntelliChoice™, a methodical approach to identify and select contact center agencies that best meet our clients’ needs. IntelliChoice™ is designed to compliment your existing vendor selection protocol while reducing the amount of time your team needs to invest with unqualified service agencies. In addition, Fine Marketing Solutions will assist with the time consuming legwork required to collect, organize, and summarize vendor information allowing your organization team to focus its efforts on evaluations.
Fine Marketing Solutions Vendor ProfileFMS Network vendors have completed the Fine Marketing Solutions vendor profile. Based upon your program requirements, FMS will review its database and identify vendors that meet your selection requirements. Fine Marketing Solutions may also target additional vendors outside its network that meet your specifications (Fine Marketing Solutions will certify new vendors prior to presenting to your organization). All vendors are screened for financial stability and business legitimacy.
Reference CheckingOnce qualified vendors are identified, Fine Marketing Solutions will contact three references per vendor. Fine Marketing Solutions requests that references are given for similar programs (based upon industry, product or required competencies). Each reference check is conducted via the telephone, utilizing the Fine Marketing Solutions reference check questionnaire.
Initial ReviewVendors that meet your requirements and receive positive references are presented to your organization for review. Vendor information is organized into a Vendor Profile that contains pertinent information identified and summaries of all completed reference checks.
Vendor PresentationsSelected vendors are invited to present their solution to your organization. Presentations may be given in person or via the telephone. To ensure presentations are consistent and address your key decision criteria, Fine Marketing Solutions will create and distribute a presentation template to each prospective vendor. FMS will also request a soft copy of each vendor’s final presentation 24 hours prior to the meeting time. This will allow your organization team ample time to review each presentation and generate follow-up questions. After each presentation, IF DESIRED, Fine Marketing Solutions and your organization will debrief and generate a master list of pros/cons for each vendor to assist with final vendor selections.
Site VisitsFine Marketing Solutions will coordinate all site visits for your organization to selected vendors. If desired, Fine Marketing Solutions is happy to participate in some or all site visits.
Final SelectionIF DESIRED, Fine Marketing Solutions is happy to participate in the final vendor selection process. We would reserve 1-2 days onsite with your team to review all vendor information, address open concerns and ultimately select the best vendors.
